Westhampton Beach Village proper is a charming downtown area centered on Main Street. and the streets surrounding it. Touted the NEW Westhampton Beach, having been transformed in late 2019 and refacing the entire Main Street corridor boasting new opportunities for shops and eateries. Standout dining choices include Fauna, formerly Starr Boggs Restaurant, a chic chef-driven eatery where creative plates are served in a stylish space reminiscent of the former namesake’s hotspot. Beach Bakery & Grand Café captures the classic feel of an old-fashioned European neighborhood bakery as well as a full cafe. Here, you’ll find a mouthwatering range of freshly-baked bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. Starbucks too, has arrived in our little village for your favorite latte. Delicious baked goods are also on the menu at Hamptons Coffee Company's Westhampton Beach location, which is just north of Main Street. This Zagat-rated café also serves homemade soups, gourmet wraps, fresh salads, and grilled paninis. The famous Southampton Citarella’s is opening in Westhampton Beach in 2026…we can’t wait! Good Westhampton is an inviting home goods store with a wonderfully curated collection of stylish goods and decorative items for the home. For entertainment, Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is an intimate venue with an eclectic lineup of musical and theatrical performances. The newly revived and reimagined movie hall, Sunset Theater, debuted early 2025, and is now home to a schedule that includes not only movies, but events, live music and even rental options.
Westhampton Beach Farmers’ Market runs each Saturday from May through November at Westhampton Beach Village Green, featuring more than 60 vendors offering locally-grown produce, locally-caught seafood, and locally-made specialty foodstuffs. The market continues through the cold months at St. Marks Church Auditorium and is a favored weekend event throughout the year. Westhampton Beach also hosts multiple annual events showcasing talented arts and-crafts producers. Some of these top events include the Westhampton Beach Festival of the Arts in June and October’s Westhampton Beach Arts and Crafts Show. In July, take part in the Joe Koziarz Memorial 5K, a footrace that winds through the Village’s scenic lanes and roads. There’s also an annual Harvest Festival with live music, craft beers, local wines, food trucks, and sidewalk sales on Main Street in October. Fall sidewalk sales are another great event which many of the local merchants participate in.
